I helped promote effective new customer acquisition through the development, execution, analysis of marketing campaigns, and external accounts with marketing agencies and partners. I worked closely with the Integrated Marketing teams to transform visions into marketing strategies. I focused on partnership media optimization, manage marketing campaigns and support cross-functional planning across various marketing channels. Duties include setting up and managing campaigns on all major social media platforms (Twitter, Snapchat, IG/FB, Reddit, and TikTok), looking up competitor ads for future-focused creatives, analyzing campaigns and data to spot trends and make sure our goals are being met, and seeing designs through to implementation to ensure delivery adheres to marketing best practices and accurately represents promotions for the sports calendar. 

Casino_Creative_Assets

The CAS x Creative brainstorm was a meeting I held once every other month where members of the CAS Paid Social team met up with Creative Ops. In this meeting, each and every person had the opportunity to spit out any ideas for net new assets we could possibly create to combat any creative fatigue Paid Social was experiencing. We would typically try to walk out of the brainstorm with 3 ideas and start the design process immediately. This was our most successful asset, “Choose Your Character”

We wanted to engage our customers with new assets for customer acquisition and first time deposit purposes. These meetings showed great promise for the Paid Social Casino vertical and has been implemented even after my co-op ended.


NBA_Culture_Content

Designed the end card for our NBA Culture content for “The Starting Five,” where these assets:

  • Renew Interest: creating fresh, new assets can help pique the interest of the target audience and re-ignite their excitement for the product - increased engagement and conversions

  • Competitive advantage: in a market where many companies are using tired/old marketing materials, these were used across all of our marketing channels and helped gain brand awareness

  • Perception of Innovation: creating constantly evolving and fresh marketing assets can help reinforce the perception that a company is innovative and forward-thinking - a valuable asset in attracting new customers (FTD)

  • Reach new and existing customers: Paid social media campaigns on Instagram can target specific audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and more. This can help DraftKings reach its existing customers with targeted ads and attract new ones who may be interested in its products and services.

  • Drive website traffic: These ads were customized with clickable links that redirect to DraftKings' website, full videos, and landing pages, driving traffic to the website and increasing conversions.
